Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Katoro account and personal data at any time. This removes your profile, documents/photos, and account details from our systems. Order and payout records are kept only as long as required by law (see our Privacy Policy), but are no longer linked to your identity.
In the Katoro Partner app
Open the app → Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. This deletes your account immediately. (If you have an active delivery or uncollected cash, finish/deposit that first — the app will tell you.)

Use this form and we'll delete your account within 7 days:
What gets deleted
- Name, phone number, profile photo
- KYC documents (Aadhaar, driving licence, vehicle RC) — for Partner accounts
- Saved address, payout/bank details
- Push notification tokens and active sessions
Financial/payout ledger entries and order records are retained in de-identified form for our legal record-keeping obligations — see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
